Sites Travis Hale

While traveling through this path I found a couple places that grabbed my attention. These places looked like they had some significance.
333 chicago st.
Bella Cafe
This site has a historic "Monarch" painting on the back. It was advertised in Life Magazine in 1947 for Monarch's established address. During the 1900's it was also used as a shoe store, clothing store, and a wholesale merchandise store.

Cuvee Champagne Lounge
(3rd floor)
177 North Broadway  Milwaukee
I checked this place out and it is really nice. The 3rd floor has beautiful views and is completely renovated original wood floors and elevator entrance. Reception Hall would be a interesting exhibition area. I looked through many resources and cant find much history on it. It was used for industrial reasons for most of its existence. The price of the building is $2,600,000. 21000 sf.
